Our patterns are digital files you can download as soon as you pay, so all sales are final.

When we can help

If something goes wrong, email hello@crochetcornerpatterns.shop within 14 days of your purchase and we'll make it right:

• The file won't download or open.
• You were charged twice for the same pattern.
• You bought the wrong pattern by mistake and haven't downloaded it.

We'll send a working file or refund you, depending on the problem.
